This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the website amfokus.lu. We do not use tracking, analytics tools or marketing technologies. We use Formspree for the contact form.

2. Hosting by Infomaniak
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. In connection with the provision of hosting services, Infomaniak may act as a processor. Purpose of processing: technical operation, security, error analysis and prevention of misuse.
3. Server log files
When the website is accessed, technical data is processed automatically and stored temporarily in server log files, for example IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer, browser and operating system. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website, in particular for security and diagnostic purposes.
4. Contact by form, email or telephone
When you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the data provided as part of your enquiry, for example your name, email address, telephone number and message content, in order to respond to your enquiry or, where applicable, to prepare or perform a service.
5. Contact form with Formspree
For the contact form, we use Formspree. When you use the form, the data entered is transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to us. This may include your name, email address, message content, IP address and technical information. Formspree may act as a processor. As Formspree is based in the United States, a transfer to a third country may take place. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and we do not use tracking services. Only technically necessary functions, for example session or cache functions where used at all, may be deployed in order to provide the website properly.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions laid down by law, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing.
